Canvas Support for Students

Canvas is the tool Eastern Arizona College instructors use to offer course content to students. Students will use their full Monster Mail email address (example: abc123@monsters.eac.edu) and their regular Monster Mail password to log in. Click below to access your EAC Canvas account.

 

Downloading the app on your phone

  • Find and download the Canvas app  
  • Click on "find my school"
  • Type in: eac.instructure.com
  • Click on "student"
  • Log in using your EAC Monster Email user name and password

Downloading the app on your phone using the QR code

  • On your computer, open your Canvas account
  • Go to "account"
  • From the drop-down menu select "QR code for mobile login"
  • Scan the QR code with your phone
  • Log in using your EAC Monster Email user name and password

 

Login Error

If you get a login error it may be because you are logged into another Microsoft account that is not your EAC Monster Mail account. Follow these instructions:

Update Verification Information

If you need to update the verification information in your Canvas account please follow these steps:

  • Log into your EAC MonsterMail email account using your Monster ID followed by "@monsters.eac.edu" (i.e. ABC123@monsters.eac.edu). Click here to access your MonsterMail account.
  • Go to the top right of your screen and click on your name. From the drop-down menu select "view account." 
  • Go to "security info" and click on "update info."
  • Update your verification information including your phone number or email address. You can also add additional sign-in methods

EAC Canvas Support Hours of Operation

Stop by the EAC Library during these hours:

Monday through Thursday: 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Friday: 7 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6: 00 p.m.

Sunday: 6 p.m. - 10 p.m.
