How to Reserve a Study Room
About the Library's Study Rooms
The Alumni Library has 17 small study rooms that accommodate 1 to 2 people, 5 group study rooms for 3 to 4 people, and a large meeting room for up to 20 people.
Why should I reserve a Study Room?
During the fall and spring semesters, the Library may be extremely busy and access to study rooms limited. Although Alumni Library offers a reading nook and a quiet zone, study rooms may allow students to work in small groups or with peer-tutors or academic coaches. Therefore, we recommend students reserve a study room in advance. Study rooms may be reserved in advance.
How do I reserve a Study Room?
Study rooms can be reserved by calling us at (928) 428-8304, emailing us at library@eac.edu, or making a reservation in person.
